

It Started in a Doctor’s Office.
I was exhausted, mentally, physically, and spiritually. I struggled with chronic health issues, iron deficiency so severe I was borderline needing a blood transfusion, and my body was constantly inflamed.
I grew up on fast food.
No one ever taught me how to eat healthy, and the habits passed down in my family were setting me up for the same illnesses: diabetes, high cholesterol, and hypertension. But I realized: it wasn’t the disease that ran in the family, it was the habits.
And by God’s grace, that cycle ends with me. I turned to nutrition. I built a plan. I deepened my walk with God. And in just a few months, I reversed my labs, healed my body, and found a level of confidence and consistency I had never known before.
